Content: I have a large vertical ergonomic mouse that worked perfectly. The USB adapter became lost during an office move. I purchased a replacement, sold by acedada direct, from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XLLCYSQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) but it did not work. Amazon replaced it with another, which still will not work. I have a different brand wireless mouse that will work with this laptop, but prefer the action of yours to the other. Can you help?

Content: My Acedada 2.4 gh vertical mouse has stopped working. I just got the mouse last week. I am charging it now, but it will not stay turned on. I turn it in, and it immediately shuts off (no lights on edges nor on the bottom optical scan screen .So now I am back to my $10 Logitech mouse.Ideas? Solutions?
